Visits to Historical Sites by Poland Jewish Tours

Poland prior to WWII enjoyed a 1,000 years of Jewish history and culture.  This great cultural tradition is now experiencing an incredible renaissance.

Jewish Heritage Tours aims to highlight this rebirth of Jewish Culture through visits to historical sites, participation in genealogical field research regarding personal family histories, meetings with Jewish leaders, politicians and the media,  as well as outings to cultural events, such as the annual Jewish Culture Festival in Krakow.

Tour schedules can be tailored to address the personal interests of participants, including optional visits to popular destinations outside of Poland, such as Prague, Budapest, Vienna, the Baltic nations and Israel. Jewish Heritage Tours provides personalized recommendations and special rates for hotels, restaurants, shops and sightseeing excursions.

A number of Poland Jewish Heritage Tours are currently offered throughout the summer of 2009 (see HERITAGE TOURS for more information).  These tours include in-depth comprehensive itineraries with visits and study sessions in Warsaw and Krakow that are not available on any other tours.  We are also gearing up for two huge events in the summer of 2010, one to celebrate the birth of Solidarity and the fall of Communism, the other, a signing ceremony making the city of Krakow the twin city of San Francisco.

We hope that you find our web site informative and resourceful.  We also invite you to share your thoughts, experiences and ideas with us. Most of all, we are looking forward to seeing you on one of our tours - where we promise you a unique experience and a life time of memories.
